BGN 12,572,508 have been paid under Operational Programme Administrative Capacity (OPAC) for the first two months of this year. The activities funded are aimed at better regulation of the investment process through development of the e-government, improvement of the state fee policy, development of the planning and mobility system in the public administration.

BGN 276,110,155, or 78% of OPAC funds, has been contracted since programme launch. BGN 146,322,391, or 42% of the total programme budget, has been paid. 75 grant procedures have been opened thus far, with 2,100 calls for proposals having been submitted. The contracts signed exceed 450 and they cover various beneficiaries, i.e. representatives of public administration at national and regional level, representatives of the judiciary and of the civil society structures.
