Exercising his powers pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1 of the Gambling Act, the Minister of Finance appointed Mr. Ivan Enicherov as the Chair of the State Commission on Gambling. The former chair, Mr. Kaloyan Krastev, has been discharged from his obligations.

Before assuming this position, Mr. Ivan Enicherov was head of division within the Legal Department of the Ministry of Finance and in the period 2004-2011 was a member of the State Commission on Gambling.

Vassil Panov - National Revenue Agency

Daniela Shtregarska - Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism

Yavor Kolev - Ministry of Interior
