The Managing Authority of Operational Programme Administrative Capacity (OPAC), co-financed by the European Social Fund, opens a new procedure focused on achieving transparency and accountability in the administration and improving the controls over its activities. Eligible beneficiary is the Council of Ministers administration. The procedure is for direct grant under Priority Axis І Good Governance, sub-priority 1.2 Transparency and Integrity of the State Administration, budget line BG051PO002/13/1.2-06.

Activities focused on improving the existing legislation, structures and mechanisms for ensuring control over the management and activities of the administration in terms of anti-corruption will be financed.

The grant under the procedure totals BGN 350,000, the minimum budget of individual projects is BGN 100,000, and there is no maximum threshold. Project implementation should not exceed 12 months. The deadline for submission of project proposals is 31 May 2013 (Friday), 17:30 H.
