In 2013 the Ministry of Finance will continue to offer three- and five-year BGN denominated bonds, seven-year EUR denominated ones, and 10,5-year BGN denominated bonds, and the newly issued internal debt will be around BGN 1.2 billion, Deputy Minister of Finance Karina Karaivanova said in an interview for Banker newspaper. \"As a result the total net financing from operations with Government Securities the government debt will decrease by BGN 600 million\", Karaivanova further commented.

\"In 2012 around BGN 2 billion and its corresponding national co-financing has passed through the MoF National Fund Directorate, which receives all EU funds\", the Deputy Minister of Finance added. There are no payments suspended for our country last year. From the interview it becomes clear that Bulgaria is one of four Member States that may be proud of the fact that EU funds are being absorbed and the operational programmes are working.
