Training of administration employees is an important priority in order to offer society and the businesses better quality products, the Head of the Operational Programme Administrative Capacity Managing Authority Monika Dimitrova-Beecher said at the opening of todays\' information day of OPAC. Central administration experts have been acquainted with the new procedure for applying under sub-priority 2.2 - Competent and Effective State Administration, budget line BG051PO002/12/2.2-09. Projects for training in the fields of audit, security of information and disaster management will be financed thereunder.

The total budget of the procedure is BGN 4 million, but in the event of great interest it could be increased. The minimum project value should be BGN 250 000 and there is no maximum threshold. The deadline for project proposal submission is 17:30 H on 10.12.2012 (Monday).  Approved projects must be implemented for 18 months. The deadlines for implementing projects under OPAC could not be extended anymore, because we are at the end of the programming period 2007 - 2013.
