Further BGN 7 million is being provided under Operational Programme Administrative Capacity to improve human resource management in the courts. That is provided for under the new procedure to be launched on 8 May 2012. Projects to improve the qualification of magistrates and judicial assistants to work on cases within the competence of the relevant court, as well as the qualification of administrative managers, court officials and administrators to better perform their duties, will be financed. Project proposals can be submitted until 9 July 2012, 17:30 H.

The new competition is under sub-priority 2.4 „Competent judicial system and effective human resource management". The minimum project value is BGN 50,000 and there is no maximum threshold. The projects must be implemented for 18 months.
