OPAC PROVIDES BGN 3 MILLION FOR E-JUSTICE GATEWAY

The Managing Authority of OPAC will provide further BGN 3 million for greater effectiveness and transparency of the activities performed by the judiciary through the introduction of integrated automatic information systems. The funds will be disbursed under the new application procedure aimed for the Supreme Judicial Council and the Ministry of justice.
The deadline for both institutions to submit their project proposals for improving the quality of the services delivered to citizens and businesses by improving and developing the judiciary and the e-justice gateway is 17.30 hours on 31 May 2012.
The new OPAC procedure is under Priority Axis ІІІ "Quality administrative service delivery and e-governance development", sub-priority 3.3. "Improvement of the service delivery provided by the bodies of the judiciary through development of information technologies". The minimum cost of projects is BGN 250,000 while the maximum cost is BGN 3 million.
