On 1st of December 2009 Standard & Poor\'s Ratings Services revised its perspective for Republic of Bulgaria from negative to stable. The rating agency confirmed the long-term rating of Bulgaria BBB and the short-term A-3. The Standard & Poor\'s Ratings Services\' statement is available here.
