The current issue examines recent economic developments in Bulgarian economy as of October, while bringing focus on the parameters of the approved draft State Budget Law of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2012, and minimum changes in tax laws next year in relation to European legislation requirements. The publication also examines the budget balance under the CFP for the nine months of 2011 and the reported improvement on a cash basis over the same period last year. The analysis also includes a brief overview of latest Financial sector survey, conducted by the MF, showing that financial intermediaries assessment of the current economic situation is improving, but expectations for economic growth in the short term are slightly declining.
