An information campaign has been launched on the new application procedure

At the launching of the information campaign on the newly opened procedure under priority 1.5 "Transparent and effective judicial system" the Head of the OPAC Managing Authority Monika Dimitrova recommended that the project proposals should provide for realistic budgets and quality indicators.

During the first information day held at the Sheraton Hotel in Sofia today it became clear that the main objective of the procedure was via OPAC to ensure electronic access to court decisions and the reasons thereof. OPAC will provide BGN 3 million to improve the work organization and enhance the effectiveness of the judicial system. The minimum project value should be BGN 50,000 and there is no maximum threshold. The deadline for application is 17 May 2012, 17:30 H. The guidelines and all other relevant application documents are available in the New Procedures Section on the OPAC website http://www.opac.government.bg/.

The information days on the procedure will continue in the following towns: Plovdiv (Novotel Plovdiv, 6 April, 10:00 H), Burgas (Primorets Hotel, 9 April, 10:00 H), Varna (Grand Hotel Dimyat, 10 April, 10:00 H), Gabrovo (Balkan Hotel, 11 April, 10:00 H), Vratsa (CCI - Vratsa, 12 April, 10:00 H).
