The last of a series of training courses of MoF staff on the topics of Teams and Team Interaction and Time Management and Coping with Stress was held from 5 to 7 June 2014. Since the beginning of May, 206 employees of the Ministry's general and specialized administration have undergone the training aimed at increasing key competences, enhancing cooperation and team spirit with a view to a more effective and efficient attainment of the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Finance.

The training was organized by the Human Resource Directorate of MoF and implements two OPAC-financed projects, i.e. CA 12-22-60 "Strengthening the capacity of general administration staff through training of key competences with a view to a more effective and efficient attainment of the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Finance" and CA 12-22-59 "Strengthening the capacity of specialised administration staff through training of key competences with a view to a more effective attainment of the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Finance".
