Over BGN 9.2 million were paid to beneficiaries under Operational Programme Administrative Capacity in the past two months. The cumulative amount of the funds paid under projects since the launching of the Programme is almost BGN 121.5 million, or 34.4 % of its overall budget.

As of the moment BGN 244,321,456.52 have been contracted, or 69.1% of the Programme budget. Only in August BGN 800,000 have been contracted under a Council of Ministers project. The project is to improve the management and monitoring of the implementation of commitments arising from EU membership through building on of the EUnet and InfraSolv systems.

By the end of the month the contracted amount under OPAC will reach BGN 254 million, or almost 72% of the budget. Pending is the signing of contracts with 13 more beneficiaries - the National Association of Municipalities, Directorate General "Criminal Police" of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, the Archives State Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Prosecutor's Office of Republic of Bulgaria, the Executive Forest Agency and the Executive Agency on Vine and Wine. One of the largest projects is that of the National Association of Municipalities. The Association will get almost BGN 4 million grant to improve the qualification of the employees in municipal administration.
