The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has reopened an issue of 7-year Government Securities which was launched at the auction held on 27.01.2025. The issue is BGN-denominated, maturing on 29.01.2032, with an interest coupon of 3.25%.

The volume of the issue in circulation was increased by BGN 100 million at the auction held on 24 March 2025, reaching a nominal value of BGN 500 million. The annual weighted average yield reported at the auction is 3.43%.

The total subscribed amount reached BGN 301.2 million, which corresponds to a bid-to-cover ratio of 3. The spread reported as against the analogous German Bunds is 90 basis points.
