The OPAC Managing Authority is opening a new procedure for the courts to the amount of BGN 3 million. The procedure is under priority 1.5 "Transparent and effective judicial system", budget line BG051PO002/12/1.5-04. Projects to improve the work organization and enhance the effectiveness of the judicial system may apply under the procedure. The minimum project value should be BGN 50,000 and there is no maximum threshold. The deadline for application is 17 May 2012, 17:30 H. The guidelines and all other relevant application documents are available in the New Procedures Section on the OPAC website: http://www.opac.government.bg/.
