The Ministry of Finance decided to cancel the planned for 25 February 2013 auction for the sale of 3-year BGN denominated GS. The decision is in line with the need to temporarily limit domestic market borrowing. The decision also takes into account the fact that the fiscal reserve is stable and well balanced year on year and that the estimates are that it would exceed the target planned as of the end of the year.
