The Head of the Operational Programme Administrative Capacity Managing Authority Monika Dimitrova-Beecher participated in a webinar on Development of E-Administrative Services. Among the key topics of the discussion held on 29 October 2012 were the difficulties facing e-governance in Bulgaria and the possibilities for its improvement. The Head of OPAC participated in the detailed analysis of priority administrative services for the central and local administrations as well as in the subsequent consideration of the role of the single system integrator in the view of not only the administration but also of the businesses.

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications, the National Association of Municipalities, the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies and the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies also took part in the e-discussion.
