On the grounds of Article 36, paragraph 2 of the Public Finance Law, the Ministry of Finance releases data on general government guaranteed debt. They are prepared in accordance with the methodology laid down in Council Regulation (EC) No 2223/96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community (ESA'95).

Data are prepared once a year and are published on the website of the Ministry of Finance. They are subject to revision in accordance with the regular practices and if there is any new information about the contingent liabilities of the general government units.
