The Ministry of Finance did not approve the subscription of the auction held on 28 September 2015 for the sale of 10-year government securities (GS) which are BGN-denominated and mature on 22 April 2025. The decision corresponds to the status of the fisc and the search for the most favourable financing conditions.

The Ministry of Finance will continue its balanced and flexible policy of government debt management, which is one of the lowest across the EU, by taking account of both the market status and prospects, and the need to secure diversified sources of financing.
