The Managing Authority of Operational Programme Administrative Capacity (OPAC) plans to contract over BGN 75 million by the end of 2013 under all procedures included in the Programme. That became clear during the information campaign under sub-priority 2.2 Competent and Effective State Administration, budget line BG051PO002/13/2.2-11. Only under this procedure BGN 7 million are foreseen for local administration employees\' training. The beneficiaries can apply for financing between BGN 20,000 and BGN 90,000. The deadline for submission of project proposals is 15 May 2013. The information campaign took place in the period 21 March - 3 April in the towns of Sofia, Haskovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Lovech, Burgas and Varna.

The aim of the OPAC Managing Authority is to evaluate the project proposals as fast as possible so that the contracts with the newly approved beneficiaries can be concluded in September, in October 2013 the latest. During the previous similar procedure 197 project proposals were evaluated in the course of only two months.
