The first OPAC procedure to be applied for via the electronic MIS has been launched. The aim of the Managing Authority is to facilitate applicants, to optimize and accelerate the process of project proposal preparation and submission. The on-line application is in the context of the overall Government policy to introduce electronic governance in Bulgaria.

The OPAC Managing Authority opens a new procedure whereby BGN 5 million will be granted to enhance the qualification of magistrates through the introduction of best practices.  The Supreme Judicial Council, the Inspectorate thereto, the Supreme Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria can apply under the procedure. The deadline for project proposal submission is 17:30 H on 12 December 2012. The new procedure is under Priority Axis ІІ - Human Resource Management, sub-priority 2.4. - Competent Judicial System and Effective Human Resource Management. The minimum project value is BGN 250,000 and there is no maximum value limit.
