\"Personally, 2009 and 2010 were years of returning to stability, 2011 and 2012 were years of maintaining that stability, and this is due not only to this government but to the previous ones as well. Now we have the chance to say that we will be focusing on income and growth in the next three years\", said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Simeon Djankov for Panorama on BNT. Next year\'s budget is a budget of increasing a great part of the income, i.e. we encourage pensioners, teachers, the military, the people working in libraries and museums, Minister Djankov explained. The 2013 budget is the greatest one in Bulgarian history, he emphasized.

We still have a growth, though a small one, said the Finance Minister and added that we were in a recession this year, with the forecast for next year being for a small recession, too. According to him, there is a need for reforming the capitalist system itself and the financial world should be simplified. When we have a crisis spilling over worldwide, a number of things should be reconsidered, says the Minister of Finance.
