Directorate's main task:

The Tax Policy Directorate assists the Minister in the implementation of the state tax policy, including with regard to agreements for automatic exchange of information, double taxation avoidance agreements, as well as other international treaties in the field of administrative cooperation and exchange of information for tax purposes.

The Directorate comprises of five divisions:

• Tax Policy Analysis and Accounting Legislation Division
• Indirect Taxes Division
• Direct Taxes Division
• Procedural Legislation Division
